Been to a public library lately?
If you want to use the internet, you have to wait in line behind a large amount of homeless people.
If it keeps 'em away from the streets & out of sight, I'm all for it!
After all, who uses the public library system anymore?
It's not like they have books there...
(referring of course to the many "Annex" locations with a sprinkling of books where you place an order for a book, and it's shipped to that location for you to pick up)
