Someone who claims to be your friend. They tell you I will be at your house at a given time, so that you can do something together; Dinner, Ball game, Dancing or whatever the event. If that person dose not show up at the appointed time, at least 15 to 20 minutes late, or not at all. Is that person a true friend? This is a philosophical question and there are no right or wrong answers. I am just looking for some feedback.
